SIGNATURE SPECIALTIES
Kushinikomi – Slow-Simmered Skewers

Our signature skewers are gently simmered using only white miso from Shinshu.
The offal is slowly cooked in a large pot until tender, allowing the natural richness to deepen into a comforting flavor.
Simple seasoning, long preparation, and patience — that is our style.
–
Kushiyaki – Charcoal-Grilled Skewers

We carefully select fresh beef and pork offal every day.
Each cut is cleaned and prepared by hand, then skewered one by one before being grilled over charcoal.
Nothing fancy — just honest craftsmanship and the aroma of fire.

OUR STORY
The owner trained for 11 years at Sasamoto, a historic motsu-kushiyaki restaurant founded in 1947, known for its long-standing presence in Omoide Yokocho, Shinjuku, and Ginza. Inspired by that experience, he opened this small shop in 2017 to share simple, honest Japanese comfort food that can be enjoyed casually. Each dish reflects years of craftsmanship, quiet dedication, and a heartfelt wish to create a place where everyone feels welcome.

SEATING

A small, intimate space with counter seating and compact tables.
